Any insights, AI-generated responses, analytics, or predictions are for informational purposes only and should not substitute professional financial advice.
You agree that:
Decisions based on data from Fintex are solely your responsibility
We are not liable for financial losses or compliance breaches arising from your use of the Service
You should consult qualified financial professionals when needed
To use Fintex, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Use the platform for legitimate business or institutional purposes
Have the authority to create an account on behalf of your business (if applicable)
Not be barred from receiving financial services under applicable laws
Fintex is designed for businesses, financial institutions, and authorized personnel—not for minors or unverified users.
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Not share accounts between different users unless part of a structured team plan
We are not responsible for losses arising from compromised or misused accounts.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal payments or money laundering
Attempt unauthorized access to financial data not belonging to you
Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of payment features
Upload harmful code, malware, or automated scripts
Reverse engineer or copy Fintex intellectual property
Interfere with system performance or security
Process payments for prohibited goods or services under local law
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
Fintex may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
May include limited transaction processing, restricted analytics, or basic dashboard features.
Pricing will be displayed within the Fintex platform and may include:
Monthly billing
Annual billing
Per-transaction or per-seat pricing
Enterprise or API-based pricing
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
You may cancel at any time under Settings → Billing
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction
If you invite team members:
You are responsible for authorizing and managing their access
All invited users must comply with these Terms
You may revoke access at any time
We are not responsible for misuse by individuals you authorize
Fintex may include AI-powered financial insights, forecasts, anomaly detection, or automated suggestions.
You acknowledge that:
AI responses may contain errors or approximations
AI insights are not guaranteed to be accurate
AI-generated content is informational, not advisory
Your data may be anonymized and used to improve AI performance
You may opt out of AI training under Settings → Privacy Controls.
All technology, software, branding, UI/UX, and platform features are owned by Vaulic Technologies Ltd.
You retain ownership of the business data you upload.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, secure license to process your data solely for:
Operating the platform
Improving features
Maintaining compliance
We do not sell your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vaulic Technologies Ltd is not liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Financial decisions or outcomes based on platform insights
Transaction failures outside our control (banks, networks, third parties)
Unauthorized access caused by your actions or negligence
Data loss due to external events
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaulic Technologies Ltd from claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Misuse of the platform
Financial or compliance violations by your business
Your breach of these Terms
Any third-party claims related to your use of Fintex
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
We detect fraudulent or unlawful activity
Required by law or regulatory obligation
Upon termination:
Your right to access the platform ends
You may request export of your business data
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
We may update these Terms at any time.
We will notify you of significant changes by:

Updated version on our website
Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Lagos.
If any section of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect.
